About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various sales and non-sales positions.

Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for open positions. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels . Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and management. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.

Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports. Achieve monthly hiring targets. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Support employee onboarding and basic HR activities.

Required

SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and negotiation ability. Strong follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes. Ability to work with hiring targets and deadlines. Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Positive attitude and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
