- High-Volume Sourcing: Use portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed to build massive candidate pipelines.
- Mass Screening: Run rapid telephonic or digital screenings to check basic skills and communication fit.
- Drive Execution: Plan and execute walk-in interviews, virtual hiring days, and campus drives.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain explicit data hygiene in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and daily recruitment reports.
- Offer Rollouts: Move fast to close candidates, manage rollouts, and minimize post-offer drop-offs
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
