Job Summary

DFR Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.




- 0–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and Apna is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
