Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

HR Recruiter – Manufacturing to support recruitment for engineering, manufacturing and plant-related functions. The ideal candidate should understand manufacturing talent markets and be capable of managing technical and specialized hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and engineering positions.

- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.

- Recruit for functions including

Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and R&D;

.

- Source candidates through

LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, recruitment vendors, job fairs and other channels

.

- Develop talent pipelines for specialized engineering and manufacturing roles.

- Conduct candidate screening based on technical skills, experience, compensation and cultural fit.

- Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, management rounds and offer processes.

- Drive offer negotiation and ensure strong offer-to-join conversion

.





- Manage recruitment TAT and provide regular hiring pipeline updates to stakeholders.

- Maintain ATS/tracker compliance and recruitment dashboards.

- Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, job fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives.

- Contribute to employer branding and talent-market mapping for manufacturing talent.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of experience in

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

, preferably in manufacturing or engineering organizations.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering talent markets

.

- Experience hiring for technical and specialized positions.

- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and vendors.

- Good understanding of recruitment processes, interview coordination and offer management.

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple critical positions within tight timelines.

- Experience with

ATS, recruitment analytics and hiring dashboards is preferred.
