We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for finding candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions as per client requirements. ? Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, naukri.com, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals, and other channels. Understand client requirements and job descriptions.

Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, and availability. Conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment data. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets. Build and maintain a strong candidate database. Ensure a smooth candidate joining process. ? Requirements Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously. Good follow-up and convincing skills. Comfortable working with targets. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition will be an advantage.
