HR Recruiter –
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offers, follow-ups, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
