Role Description The HR & Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for managing HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, statutory compliance, and vendor/operations coordination. Drive business development through lead generation, client relationships, identifying technology solution opportunities, and supporting business expansion initiatives.

The person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes align with Ohhpro Junction’s culture, values, and growth plans.

1. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Closure & Timely Onboarding- Manage end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, selection, and timely onboarding of candidates.
2. HR Administration & Employee Relations- Handle employee records, attendance, leave, HR documentation, employee queries,



and workplace coordination.
3. Vendor & Operations Coordination- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of operational issues.
4. Recruitment Operations- Manage job postings, candidate tracking, campus drives, interview scheduling, recruitment MIS, and hiring follow-ups.
5. Business Expansion Support- Work closely with the leadership team in coordinating and executing business expansion and growth initiatives.
6. Strategic Relationship Management- Build and maintain skilled relationships with employees, candidates, vendors, clients, placement cells, and other stakeholders.
7. HR MIS & Reporting- Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports, recruitment trackers, attendance records, employee data, and management MIS.
