About The Role The Senior Executive, HR Operations at LeadSquared is a critical role responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational activities to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, process orientation, and proactive stakeholder engagement. The incumbent will oversee employee onboarding, data management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee documentation, contributing to a positive employee experience and operational excellence.
The role demands a hands-on approach with proficiency in HRMS systems, payroll processes, and compliance standards.
The Senior
Executive will work closely with various internal teams such as HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and Legal, as well as external vendors, to facilitate smooth HR operations aligned with organizational policies and statutory regulations.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources is preferred, providing a solid foundation in HR principles and practices. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, with demonstrated expertise in managing employee lifecycle activities, HRMS administration,
payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox, GreytHR, or similar systems is essential. Additionally, strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel capabilities, and experience in HR reporting and MIS are highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations, ensuring a seamless process and positive employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records across HRMS platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate payroll inputs by managing data related to new joiners, exits, attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, and salary revisions, ensuring timely processing.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including leave management, attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and employee documentation.
- Generate and issue HR letters such as appointment letters, experience certificates, promotion letters, transfer letters, and relieving documents, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, benefits, and HRMS within defined service level agreements (SLAs), providing timely resolutions.
- Support statutory compliance activities, including audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Coordinate employee benefit programs, insurance, reimbursements, and vendor management activities to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end exit formalities, including exit interviews, clearance processes, and Full & Final settlement coordination, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review, providing insights into HR metrics and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, support HR automation initiatives, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations, compliance, and service delivery excellence.
