HR Manager / Group HR LeadLocation: BengaluruReports To: Managing Director

We are looking for a hands-on HR qualified who can build teams, close positions fast, maintain discipline, and drive accountability across multiple business locations.

This is not a desk HR role. We need someone who is comfortable hiring aggressively, handling people issues directly, and ensuring manpower is never a bottleneck to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment for Sales Executives, Service Advisors, Technicians, CREs, Accounts, Administration, Café Managers, Kitchen Staff, Counter Staff, and Support Teams
- Drive hiring through Naukri, referrals, field sourcing, social media, consultants, competitor mapping, and direct recruitment
- Ensure all vacancies are closed within defined timelines
- Maintain employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and workplace discipline across all locations
- Handle employee grievances, performance issues, warnings, exits, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate with department heads to monitor manpower productivity and role-wise KPIs
- Conduct regular branch visits and interact with employees to identify operational and people-related issues
- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmations, retention, and manpower planning
- Ensure compliance with HR documentation,



offer letters, employee records, attendance systems, ESI/PF requirements, and HR MIS
- Support management in building a high-performance, accountability-driven culture

Ideal Candidate
- 4–8 years of HR experience in Automobile Dealerships, Retail Chains, QSR, Hospitality, or Multi-Location Businesses
- Proven experience in frontline and volume hiring
- Strong exposure to blue-collar, semi-skilled, and performance-driven workforce recruitment
- Highly execution-focused with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable travelling across multiple Bengaluru locations
- Strong communication and conflict-management skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations firmly, professionally, and fairly
