About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership HR Manager / People & Talent professional with 2–4 years of experience to manage recruitment, people operations, performance and culture for our growing startup.

You will work closely with the Founder/CEO and take ownership of building a strong, disciplined and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation and onboarding.
- Proactively attract strong candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and direct outreach .
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
- Manage HR operations, attendance, leave, onboarding, documentation and employee lifecycle .
- Drive employee engagement, discipline, accountability and workplace culture .
- Implement KRAs, performance reviews and performance tracking .
- Handle employee concerns and resolve day-to-day people issues independently.
- Build practical HR policies,



SOPs and systems as the company scales.
- Partner directly with the Founder on hiring, team performance and organizational growth .
- Gradually take ownership beyond HR into people leadership and business operations .

What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist or People Operations roles.
- Startup / high-growth company experience preferred.
- Strong experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing .
- Excellent communication, negotiation and people-management skills.
- Ability to be people-friendly while maintaining discipline and high standards .
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving environment.
- Ambition to grow into a broader leadership / business operations role .
