Role Description The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations for IAODL in the Noida area in a full time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and administering HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training and development programs that align with organizational goals.





Daily responsibilities also involve handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations, and collaborating with leadership to plan workforce needs and improve HR processes. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and training and development.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy formulation in the Indian context.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, data management, and working with HRIS or related tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in education or services.
