We are looking for an HR Executive who will take full ownership of recruitment and hiring outcomes, along with building and maintaining clear, structured SOPs across the organization.

This is not a support role — this is a high-responsibility position for someone who can drive hiring, bring process clarity, and build scalable HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

? Recruitment & Hiring (Primary Ownership)

- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to joining
- Actively manage and optimize hiring through recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Internshala)
- Close positions within defined timelines with quality candidates.
- Lead and execute campus hiring initiatives and build institute partnerships.
- Build a strong, consistent candidate pipeline across roles.
- Improve hiring efficiency and reduce dependency on external agencies.

? SOP & Process Management (Core Responsibility)

- Take complete ownership of creating, structuring, and maintaining SOPs
- Convert unclear processes into clear, documented workflows




- Ensure SOPs are implemented, followed, and continuously improved
- Bring process discipline and operational clarity across teams

? HR Operations

- Manage onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data

? Compliance & Statutory

- Handle PF, ESI, and basic compliance processes with accuracy
- Ensure timely documentation and zero compliance gaps

? Employee Coordination

- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies and processes
- Support reporting, audits, and internal coordination

Preferred Skills

- Experience in high-growth or process-building environments
- Exposure to campus hiring and bulk hiring
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance frameworks
