Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.

- Handle complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and joining.

- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers and exit formalities.

- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records.

- Handle PF, ESI and other required statutory compliances in coordination with the concerned teams/consultants.

- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and SOPs.

- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling and employee relations.

- Monitor employee performance, discipline, attendance and workplace conduct.

- Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports and management reports.

- Coordinate with department heads and management for manpower planning and HR requirements.

- Maintain proper employee documentation and ensure confidentiality of HR records.

- Support management in building a positive, disciplined and professional work culture.

Candidate Profile





- 4–5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an independent/managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll and employee lifecycle management.

- Working knowledge of PF, ESI and statutory requirements.

- Excellent English communication skills, fluent speech and valuable pronunciation.

- Pleasant personality, professional appearance and confident communication.

- Strong interpersonal, coordination and people-management skills.

- Ability to independently manage HR activities and work closely with senior management.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
