Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing candidates for open positions
- Screening resumes and shortlisting applicants
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Sending interview and offer emails
- Maintaining recruitment records
- Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assisting in the overall hiring process
- Posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Conducting initial telephonic screening of candidates
- Assisting in onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Updating and managing the candidate database/ATS
- Preparing recruitment status reports and trackers
- Supporting employee engagement activities and HR events
- Assisting with general HR administrative tasks

LinkedIn Sourcing Responsibilities

- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates on LinkedIn using Boolean search strings and relevant filters
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future openings
- Sending personalized connection requests and InMails to prospective candidates
- Posting job openings on the company LinkedIn page and relevant LinkedIn groups
- Engaging with candidate profiles (likes, comments, follows) to improve outreach visibility




- Tracking and reporting LinkedIn sourcing metrics such as response rate and connection acceptance rate
- Maintaining an organized tracker of sourced candidates and their outreach status

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing/Completed BA, BBA, MBA, or any other Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Valuable communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Team player attitude and proactive nature
- Time management skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Prior internship or HR-related project experience
- Basic knowledge of HR tools/HRMS software
- Hands-on exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator for candidate sourcing
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques for talent search
- Experience with social media recruiting beyond LinkedIn (e.g., Naukri, Indeed)
