Responsibilities • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Assist in HR operations, attendance tracking, and payroll support.
- Help organize training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Support compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Eligibility

Criteria • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / MSW / BBA / B.Com / BA (HR or related field).





- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
