Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an HR Executive (Target Based / from Consultancy) at Design Indian. The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and coordination with internal stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include handling employee queries, supporting performance management processes, maintaining HR records, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.

The role involves working with targets related to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR service delivery, while collaborating with management to support workforce planning and organizational development. The HR Executive will also liaise with external consultants or agencies when required and provide regular reports and updates on HR metrics.

Qualifications

- Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including core HR functions and best practices.




- Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant HR processes.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with skills in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and communication.
- Prior experience in a consultancy or target-based HR role, with a track record of meeting recruitment or HR delivery goals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
- Valuable understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements relevant to HR practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR are an advantage.
