HIRING ALERT | HR GENERALIST – MUMBAI
We are hiring 2 Male HR Generalists for Shree Ramkrishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. (SRK Group).
Location: BKC, Bandra East, Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Work Mode: Work from Office | 6 Days
Notice Period: Immediate to Max. 60 Days
Key Requirements
Gujarati candidates currently residing in Mumbai – Mandatory Gujarati proficiency – Mandatory
2–3 years of relevant HR experience
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, Administration & Payroll Management
Experience in Non-IT Recruitment, preferably frontline staff hiring
Knowledge of Labour Laws & Employee Engagement
Strong knowledge of Payroll & Statutory Compliance – PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
Positive English communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities
Strong coordination and organizational skills
