Role & responsibilities

- Handle Recruitment, Onboarding, and Manpower Planning.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factories Act, CLRA, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), and grievance handling.
- Oversee Contract Labour Management and contractor compliance.
- Drive Employee Engagement, Training & Development, and Performance Management.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, HRMIS, and HR reporting.

Preferred candidate profile Qualification: MBA HR or Equivalent

Experience: 2 to 10 YearsUp to 6 LPA
