- Engineering (Any discipline) OR BSc – Mathematics / Statistics • MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources (Preferred) Role Objective: To support end-to-end HR operations while contributing to organization design, core value implementation and performance measurement, ensuring alignment between people, processes, and business outcomes with a strong focus on customer value Primary Responsibilities • Review, design and improve organizational processes and workflows across departments.
- Develop and periodically review the organization structure, roles, responsibilities and reporting relationships.
- Create clear Job Descriptions, KRAs and measurable KPIs for different positions.
- Identify gaps, overlaps and unclear ownership between functions and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and employee processes.
- Establish performance review, accountability and employee development systems.




- Work closely with management and department heads to improve organizational effectiveness and productivity.

Secondary

Responsibilities • Manage recruitment and onboarding based on approved manpower requirements.

- Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave and employee records.
- Support statutory HR compliance and routine employee administration.

Preferred

Profile • 2–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Organization Development, Process Design and Performance Management.

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial organizations preferred.
- Strong analytical ability with a practical, process-oriented approach.
- Should be capable of independently understanding existing operations and recommending improvements.
