Job Purpose

We are looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, including salary processing, attendance management, recruitment, employee documentation, and other basic HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Coordinate monthly salary processing and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
- Maintain employee master data and HR documentation.
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, attendance reports, and HR MIS.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Assist with employee queries related to attendance, leave, salary, and HR policies.
- Support statutory compliance and other HR-related documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with employees and management for routine HR activities.
- Assist in exit formalities, full & final documentation,



and employee clearance.
- Perform other general HR and administrative activities as required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of salary processing/payroll.
- Good understanding of attendance and leave management.
- Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification/PG qualification will be an added advantage.
