We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our growing ISP and IT organization.

The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for technical, networking, telecom/ISP, IT and non-technical positions, along with strong knowledge of employee coordination and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements from technical, operations, sales and management teams.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate salary, notice period and joining dates with selected candidates.
- Prepare and release offer letters and appointment letters.
- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of new employees.

ISP / IT Recruitment Experience in hiring for some of the following positions will be an advantage:

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave and employee database.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination.




- Maintain recruitment and joining reports.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning.
- Support HR policies, processes and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 05 years of experience in HR recruitment and HR operations.
- Candidates with experience in ISP, Telecom, IT Services or Technology companies will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Should be comfortable working from the office.
