We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to own end-to-end HR operations and support basic administrative functions. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, driving engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR systems on Zoho People — while working closely with leadership in a fast-growing startup environment.

Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days/week

Salary: ₹2,64,000 – ₹3,36,000 per annum (CTC)

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding

- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation on Zoho People
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs via Zoho Payroll
- Support performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluation processes
- Coordinate training, development, and onboarding programs
- Handle employee queries and drive engagement initiatives




- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies
- Assist in drafting and improving HR policies and SOPs
- Generate HR reports and maintain basic analytics on Zoho
- Any Graduate (HR, Management, or related field preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or related functions
- Hands-on experience with Zoho People / Zoho Payroll preferred; willingness to learn mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance basics
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
