We are looking for an energetic and people-focused HR professional to join our growing retail organization. The ideal candidate will take ownership of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and day-to-day HR operations while helping us build a solid, professional and positive work culture. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for retail stores and office positions Source, interview and onboard suitable candidates Handle employee documentation, attendance, leave and HR records Develop structured onboarding and training processes Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisals Create and implement HR policies and SOPs Improve employee engagement,



motivation and retention Handle employee concerns and workplace issues professionally Coordinate payroll-related information and statutory compliance Maintain manpower planning for existing and upcoming locations Work closely with management and store managers to improve productivity and team culture Help create career growth and development plans for employees Previous HR experience, preferably in Retail, Hospitality, FMCG or Service Industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations Comfortable working closely with frontline/store employees Organized, proactive and solution-oriented Knowledge of basic HR compliance and labour regulations Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and HR software What We Are Looking ForWe want someone who believes HR is more than hiring and payroll.
