Job Summary:;/ The HR Executive in the retail sector is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The role focuses on supporting store operations by ensuring effective workforce management and a positive employee experience.

- Recruitment & Staffing · Hire retail staff: bakers, helpers, cashiers, sales executives, delivery staff · Coordinate walk-in interviews and local hiring drives · Manage onboarding and documentation for recent employees · Ensure proper staffing across all bakery outlets/shifts ? 2.

Onboarding & Training · Conduct induction programs for new hires · Train employees on: · Customer service standards · Hygiene & food safety practices · POS (billing systems) · Coordinate skill development for bakers and kitchen staff ?‍?‍? 3.
