Detroj- Rampura , Dist Ahmedabad 382120 4-6 Years 30000 to 40000 INR Gross per month MBA AUTOMOTIVE MNC COMPANY Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process Coordinate interviews and issue offer/appointment letters Manage employee records and HR documentation Oversee attendance, leave, and overtime management Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure accuracy Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.) Maintain statutory registers and support labour law compliance Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations Support disciplinary actions and conduct domestic inquiries if required Assist in performance appraisal, increments, and promotion processes Draft HR letters (confirmation,



warning, transfer, increment, etc.) Organize training and employee engagement activities Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, absenteeism, manpower planning) Support implementation of HR policies and company procedures Coordinate exit formalities and conduct exit interviews Liaise with government departments and consultants when required Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace discipline.
