Role & responsibilities

About the Role

- Ownership of SH expansion plan wrt to fulfilment of DS count MOM

- Planning current site / expansion of existing site basis T/P and space required

- Alignment of layout , transition plan with operations and projects for carrying out the work smoothly

- Inventory management within and outside SH during the project and sync with planning team to deliver required T/P while carrying out the project for expansion /new site

- Understanding of max T/P for SH by knowing the ground operations in terms of bottlenecks , operational design T/P of MHEs , other conveyors , VRC’s etc to derive max capacity of any site and find ways to unlock more T/P rationally

- Travel to site during milestone of the ongoing project and ensure smooth handover by making right SOPs and checklist for the same

To succeed in this role – you should have the following





- Design thinking - To understand the bottlenecks and challenges wrt infra and equipments while designing and/or running operations

- Operational understanding- Challenges and flow of man/material in FC and designing the layout flow accordingly to maximize T/P and helping ground ops in clearing the bottlenecks

- Timely Project delivery- Track and upraise project team by involving in key milestones during the projects and ensure no delays in the project

- Year on Year Infra Plan - Working with design and planning team to create Sh capacities basis DS count ahead in time for getting right fill rates in stores

Qualification

- B-tech or MBA (Preferred candidates from Tier I/II MBA institutes)
