HIH – Operating Effectiveness Senior Analyst

Summary

Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost. Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. May specialize in one or more of the following (or similar) areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, process-driven systems requirements. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Completes day-to-day Operating Effectiveness tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members. Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor.

Experience

- 3–5 years in operations, business analysis, process improvement, consulting, PMO, change management, stakeholder management, communications, or a related field

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Management, Communications, or related field.
- MBA in Finance (Preferable)
