We are hiring HIL Validation Engineers with hands-on experience in dSPACE HIL Systems, MATLAB/Simulink, CAN Communication, and Automotive ECU Testing.

Role & responsibilities

- Configure and manage HIL IO systems, signal mapping, and sensor linearization.
- Develop and integrate CAN communication and update DBC files.
- Design, modify, and validate Simulink models.
- Generate Cam & Crank signal profiles using MATLAB scripts.
- Configure and deploy models using dSPACE ConfigurationDesk and ControlDesk.
- Perform FIU (Fault Insertion Unit) setup and testing.
- Setup HIL hardware, ECU, CAN, and wiring harnesses.
- Troubleshoot HIL hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with validation and development teams for system-level testing.

- Automotive Powertrain/EATS Domain Experience
- Model-Based Development (MBD)
- Automotive Communication Protocols
- Vehicle Network Testing
