Role Description The Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for designing, reviewing, and optimizing HVAC systems for pharmaceutical facilities and clean rooms. Day-to-day tasks include preparing HVAC designs and calculations, developing system layouts using CAD tools, and coordinating with architectural, civil, and MEP teams to ensure integrated solutions. The engineer will oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities, troubleshoot system issues,



and implement maintenance and repair plans to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

The role also involves supporting project documentation, participating in client meetings, and staying current with relevant standards and guidelines for pharmaceutical HVAC and environmental control systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in HVAC Engineering and HVAC system design for industrial or pharmaceutical environments.
- Practical experience with HVAC Design and general HVAC system selection, sizing, and optimization.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on skills in HVAC Maintenance & Repair, including diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in HVAC or building services are an advantage.
- Knowledge of clean room design principles, air filtration, and environmental control standards relevant to pharmaceutical facilities.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE guidelines, local building and safety standards).
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and readiness to work on-site at project locations in Indore.
