About the Role

Apricot Care is looking for a strong, result-oriented Marketing & Business Development professional who can take ownership of business growth, generate new leads, build strategic partnerships, and increase patient admissions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and business growth strategies for healthcare services.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenue.
- Drive patient referrals, admissions, and service growth.
- Plan and execute digital, offline, corporate and local marketing activities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Set monthly business targets and achieve measurable growth.
- Lead and coordinate marketing activities and ensure solid ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, revenue,



and business development.

Candidate Profile
- 5–7+ years of strong experience in Healthcare Marketing & Business Development.
- Experience in hospital, rehabilitation, healthcare, clinics, or related healthcare services preferred.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Healthcare Management, or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of business growth, lead generation and revenue generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, highly proactive and capable of working independently.
- Should have strong market connections and business development skills.
- Willing to take ownership and handle challenging growth targets.

What We Are Looking For We are not looking for a routine marketing executive. We need a strong business development professional who can take ownership, build the market and deliver measurable growth.
