About the Role iLEAD (Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Development) is looking for an experienced Placements & Corporate Relations Head to lead and strengthen our corporate engagement and student placement ecosystem.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for a professional who understands the higher education placement landscape and has the ability to build strong corporate relationships, create new opportunities and translate industry connections into internships and final placement opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end campus placement and internship process across academic programmes.
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, recruiters, industry leaders and hiring partners.
- Identify and onboard new companies for campus recruitment, internships and final placements.
- Develop a strong and consistent pipeline of job and internship opportunities for students.
- Drive corporate outreach through meetings, networking, industry events and strategic engagement initiatives.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, placement events, career fairs, industry interactions and pre-placement activities.
- Understand industry hiring requirements and work closely with academic teams to align student capabilities with employer expectations.
- Maintain strong engagement with existing recruiters and encourage repeat hiring and long-term corporate partnerships.
- Track placement performance, recruiter engagement, offers,



joining and other key placement metrics through regular MIS and reporting.
- Represent iLEAD in interactions with senior corporate stakeholders and build the institution’s reputation as a preferred talent partner.

What We’re Looking For

- 8+ years of relevant experience, with substantial exposure to college/university placements, campus recruitment, corporate relations or industry engagement.
- Proven experience in placing students in internships and final placements.
- Strong corporate network and demonstrated ability to generate recent recruiter relationships and placement opportunities.
- Experience managing relationships with companies, recruiters and hiring Heads.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently drive placement targets and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience in a college, university or higher education environment will be strongly preferred.
- Graduate with a Master’s degree, preferably MBA/PGDM or equivalent.
