Role & Responsibilities

- Lead Direct and Indirect Taxation and related statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing and reconciliation of GST, TDS and Income Tax returns.
- Drive tax planning, optimisation and risk management.
- Handle GST audits, Income Tax assessments, notices, scrutiny, appeals and litigation.
- Strengthen ERP tax controls, including tax masters, HSN/SAC mapping and tax processes.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and provide tax advisory to management.
- Prepare Tax MIS and compliance dashboards and monitor audits/assessments.
- Coordinate with Internal, Statutory and Cost Auditors and external consultants.
- Lead the Taxation team with focus on compliance, controls and process improvement.





- Preferred Candidate Must Be

- Qualified CA / CMA (ICWA) / equivalent.
- Currently heading the Taxation function, covering Direct and Indirect Taxation.
- Should have independently handled GST audits and Income Tax scrutiny/assessment cases, including litigation.
- 15–25 years of Corporate Taxation experience, preferably in manufacturing; cable industry experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS, ERP systems, MS Excel and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability in tax planning, risk management, ERP tax controls and proactive tax advisory.
