We are the Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) in 15+ countries across Southeast Asia and Africa — 160+ active registrations, 55+ commercial partners, and 40+ years of group history. We do not own manufacturing — everything is contract manufactured through WHO-GMP and EU-GMP certified CMOs.

The role in one line: Find the right manufacturers for our priority markets, negotiate all commercial terms, visit plants, conduct quality assessments, and close deals — independently.

What You Will Do

- Identify and qualify WHO-GMP, PIC/S, and EU-GMP manufacturers for Kenya, Philippines, Myanmar, Ethiopia, and Nigeria — molecule by molecule
- Conduct structured quality assessments during every manufacturer site visit — GMP certificate review, facility walkthrough, batch record checks, dosage form capability evaluation — written report within 48 hours
- Lead commercial negotiations end to end — pricing, dossier costs, COPP, MOQ, milestone payment structures
- Conduct 2–4 manufacturer site visits per month across India
- Resolve existing manufacturer problems — dossier gaps, QC issues, sample problems
- Submit a weekly pipeline tracker every week without being asked
- Bring recommendations to the MD for approval — you do the work, MD approves

You Must Have





- 15–25 years in pharma CMO sourcing or vendor development — export side, not domestic procurement
- Personally closed manufacturer agreements — not coordinated, not facilitated — closed
- Ability to conduct structured manufacturer quality assessments and translate findings into a clear Go/No-Go recommendation
- Working knowledge of WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, CTD/ACTD dossiers, BE studies, and COPP
- Expert in calculating finished product prices using an open cost sheet / BOM
- Strong commercial negotiation instinct — you decompose cost structures, not just ask for discounts
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate — this is a full-time, in-office role

- Your background is domestic pharma procurement — APIs, excipients, or packaging for Indian manufacturing
- You have never conducted a manufacturer facility assessment or GMP audit — even informally during a site visit
- You need daily direction on what to do next
- You are not willing to relocate to Bengaluru
