Define and execute a full-funnel growth marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.

? Performance Marketing

Own paid marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other digital platforms.

Manage multi-channel campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, ROAS, CAC, CPL, and conversion optimization.

Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns through experimentation and performance insights.





? AI-Powered Marketing

Champion AI adoption across the marketing organization.

Integrate AI into campaign planning, content creation, reporting, automation, customer segmentation, and workflow optimization.

Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to increase efficiency, creativity, and marketing performance.

Build efficient marketing processes and scalable operational frameworks.

Own CRM, lead management, marketing automation, attribution, reporting, and campaign analytics.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.

Proven experience leading and scaling marketing teams.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and paid acquisition strategies.

Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, customer lifecycle management, and marketing operations.

Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and growth experimentation.

Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing performance and productivity.

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing initiatives with business growth.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
