Role Description The Head of Human Resources is a full-time, in office role based in Malad,, responsible for leading the HR function and supporting organizational growth. This role oversees HR strategy, workforce planning, and implementation of HR policies aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, performance management processes, recruitment and onboarding, and training and development initiatives.

The Head of Human Resources also ensures adherence to labor and employment laws, maintains accurate HR documentation, and partners with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. The role involves mentoring HR team members,



optimizing HR processes, and supporting change management across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end HR operations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR practices.
- Candidates should possess expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that support organizational objectives.
- Candidates should possess advanced Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in BPO, telesales, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- Experience with HR information systems, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement in HR operations.
