Role- Head – Health Strategy & Transformation

Location- Mumbai

Role Overview - We are looking for a senior Strategy & Transformation skilled to play a key role in building and scaling the Health Insurance business. The role will own health strategy, business planning, performance management, transformation and the Technology/AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities -

- Own and evolve the Health business strategy, business plan and performance framework.
- Track key business metrics and lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews, identifying issues and driving corrective actions.
- Drive operational excellence and transformation, including process improvement, automation and AI-led initiatives.
- Own the Technology, Data, AI and Automation roadmap for Health and act as the bridge between business and central technology/analytics teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives through a small SWAT/problem-solving team to address critical business challenges.
- Partner with Product, Pricing,



Marketing and Distribution teams on customer propositions, growth analytics, channel strategy and partnerships.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership and support board-level business reviews and presentations.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution without direct reporting authority.

Ideal Profile

- 8–15 years of experience in Strategy, Transformation, S&O;, Digital or related roles.
- Experience in Health Insurance, Healthcare, Insurtech or a leading Strategy/Transformation Consulting firm preferred.
- Strong combination of strategic thinking, problem-solving and hands-on execution.
- Strong understanding of Technology, Data, Automation and AI from a business perspective.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership without direct authority.
