Job Role : Hardware Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop digital and high-speed hardware boards from concept to production.
- Prepare, review, and validate schematics and PCB layouts.
- Work on FPGA-based hardware designs, preferably using Xilinx platforms.
- Integrate and debug NXP, TI, or similar processor/SoC-based systems.
- Work with high-speed interfaces including DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, USB, and related communication interfaces.
- Perform board bring-up, hardware testing, validation, and system-level debugging.
- Analyze and resolve hardware issues related to power, clocking, signal integrity, and high-speed interfaces.
- Collaborate with firmware/software teams for hardware-software integration and debugging.
- Support prototype development, hardware validation, troubleshooting, and design improvements.
- Use ECAD tools such as Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar for schematic and PCB design/review.
- Perform hardware measurements and debugging using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, function generators, and electronic loads.
Mandatory Skills :
- 7 years of experience in Digital Hardware / High-Speed Board Design
- Strong experience in Schematic Design and PCB Design/Review
- Hands-on experience with FPGA-based designs
- Experience with NXP / TI processors or similar SoCs
- Robust knowledge of DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, USB
- Experience in Board Bring-up, Testing & System-Level Debugging
- Good understanding of Power Architecture, Clocking & Signal Integrity
