Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

We are looking for a warm, confident, and well-spoken Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our restaurant. The role involves creating a welcoming experience for guests right from their first interaction with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and receive guests with a warm, positive attitude.

- Handle incoming calls and assist guests with table reservations and enquiries.

- Communicate confidently with guests and understand their requirements.

- Escort and show guests to their tables while ensuring a smooth seating experience.

- Maintain a friendly, attentive, and professional approach throughout the guest’s visit.

- Assist in managing guest requests, feedback, and basic concerns.

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.





- Represent the restaurant with excellent hospitality, grooming, and communication skills.

Ideal Candidate

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Warm, approachable, and guest-oriented personality.

- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

- Well-groomed, confident, and professional.

- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or guest relations is preferred.

- Positive attitude and ability to remain composed in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
