Role: Growth & Strategy Intern

As a Growth & Strategy Intern at Curious Media, you will work closely with the Founder’s Office and leadership team to support business growth initiatives, strategic projects, market research, and partnership opportunities. This role offers hands-on exposure to the creator economy, influencer marketing, business strategy, and startup operations.

You will play an active role in identifying growth opportunities, managing key projects, and contributing to initiatives that directly impact the company's expansion.

Responsibilities

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities with brands, agencies, creators, and platforms.
- Scout and identify relevant influencers, creators, digital personalities, and content platforms across different categories and niches.
- Support outreach efforts and relationship management activities.
- Assist in project management and ensure timely execution of ongoing initiatives.




- Build and maintain a structured database of potential creators, influencers, brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with creators, influencers, brands, agencies, and other industry stakeholders.
- Research emerging trends in influencer marketing, content, media, AI, and the creator economy.
- Create presentations, reports, meeting notes, and business documentation.
- Track project progress and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Explore new growth opportunities, revenue streams, and business verticals.

Requirements

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
- Interest in startups, business strategy, digital marketing, creator economy, and media.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and solve problems.
