Growth Intern Kat & KrowWe are looking for a creative, curious and growth-minded Growth Intern who can help us build our digital presence, create engaging content and communicate what Kat & Krow is building to the world.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital marketing, content creation, design, research and understanding new technology/products.

What You’ll Do

- Understand Kat & Krow, our products, services and overall ecosystem deeply.
- Create and execute digital marketing ideas across relevant platforms.
- Research audiences, competitors, trends and new growth opportunities.
- Create engaging social media content, campaigns and promotional material.
- Write captions, posts, blogs, scripts, product content and marketing copy.
- Create or assist with visually appealing designs for social media and marketing.
- Develop creative ideas for reels, videos, carousels, campaigns and other content formats.
- Help maintain a consistent brand identity across digital channels.
- Track basic content and marketing performance such as reach, engagement and conversions.
- Experiment with recent content formats, platforms and growth strategies.
- Work closely with the team to turn products, features and ideas into clear and compelling stories.

What We’re Looking ForMust Have
- Strong interest in Digital Marketing & Growth.
- Good content-writing and communication skills.
- Creativity and a strong sense of visual presentation.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.




- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar.
- Ability to research, learn and understand new products quickly.
- Ability to explain complex ideas in simple, clear and engaging language.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to experiment.

A Big Plus
- Experience managing a social media page or brand.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience creating reels/short-form videos.
- Copywriting experience.
- Basic understanding of analytics and marketing metrics.
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern productivity tools.
- Previous experience in marketing, branding, content or growth.

You should be able to understand:

A relevant degree or previous experience is not mandatory. What matters more is your creativity, communication, curiosity, execution and ability to learn quickly.
