About Karta Lucia

Karta Lucia is a creative production studio growing in five verticals: Production, KL Post Labs, KL AI Labs, Lucia Artists, and Domen Lucia.

Our partners include brands such as Royal Enfield and international clients from the Production, AI Content and Artist Management segments.

The work is moving. Now we’re looking for someone to make sure the right conversations are moving too.

We’re hiring a Growth Lead & Creative Partnerships.

What you'll own:

- Build and manage a pipeline of relevant brands and businesses
- Identify and initiate conversations with potential creative partners
- Turn inbound conversations into structured opportunities
- Develop long-term client relationships and retained partnerships
- Own CRM and pipeline tracking
- Work closely with leadership and creative/production teams to shape opportunities and proposals

What we're looking for:

- 2–5 years of experience in creative partnerships, client relationships, agency, production, media,



or a similar space
- Experience building opportunities from scratch, not just managing inbound
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Comfortable being client-facing from day one
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Someone who thinks beyond individual projects and understands the value of long-term partnerships

This is a start-from-scratch position. There isn’t a ready-made playbook for you; you will be expected to develop the processes and the connections along the way.

You will work with the founding team and shape the studio’s partnership-building approach directly.
