Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales role based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with prospective learners and their families to understand their needs, explaining Codeyoung’s programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Daily tasks include conducting calls and meetings, managing inquiries, providing detailed information about courses, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

The Inside

Sales professional will follow up on leads, support career development discussions related to coding education, collaborate with the academic and operations teams,



and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while ensuring a positive and supportive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and families, address concerns, and build lasting relationships.
- Career Counseling and Career Development skills to guide learners and guardians in choosing suitable coding programs aligned with their goals.
- Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, interpret data on leads and conversions, and refine outreach strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment with attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
- Prior experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or education-related roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional training in sales, counseling, or education is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages in Bengaluru is beneficial.
