Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or customer service industries.

Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple visitors and activities simultaneously.

- Greet all visitors warmly and understand their needs to direct them appropriately.
- Provide information about available properties, amenities, and services as per the visitors requirements.
- Offer refreshments and ensure visitors are comfortable during their time at the experience center/ Sales office.
- Engage with visitors during peak days to keep them informed and entertained while they wait.
- Ensure that the experience center/ Sales office maintains a high standard of hospitality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that the environment is always presentable.
- Manage the reception area, visitor logs,



and booking forms to ensure all records are properly maintained.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for potential buyers and existing customers.
- Ensure that the entire sales office, including hospitality areas, is well-maintained and reflects a professional atmosphere.
- Regularly check that all amenities, such as seating, refreshments, and display materials, are in place and of high quality.
- Oversee that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functional to support a seamless visitor experience.
- Follow a well-defined welcoming protocol, which includes greeting the customer warmly, providing any necessary information, and guiding them through the initial stages of their visit. This protocol should be designed to make the customer feel valued and at ease.
