Bangalore, HSR Layout (4 days WFO + 1 day remote STRICTLY) | 3–6 years experience | IC role

MUST HAVES FOR THIS ROLE

1. Looking strictly for 1-4 years of work experience in graphic design, and video design only. VIDEO/ANIMATION graphic design skill is a MUST.
2. Max CTC for this role is 6LPA. Please do not apply if your expected CTC is higher
3. This is a WFO role (4 days/week). No remote/WFH is possible.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating assets for digital media- for use on website and on social media (see www.tallect.com and our linkedin page)
- Strong skills with image generation using AI (claude, nanobanana etc)




- Ability to develop and refine Branding elements that support a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout, ensuring transparent, visually balanced designs across formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, , In Design, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalents).

- Portfolio demonstrating work in marketing creatives, product visuals, and video editing or motion graphics.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to adapt designs to different audiences and channels.
