Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time in a hybrid capacity, based in New Delhi with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the designer will create visual concepts and designs for wedding branding, event collaterals, digital assets, and marketing materials that reflect the luxury positioning of the brand and its clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing mood boards, logos, monograms, invitations, signage, social media creatives, and presentation decks, while ensuring consistency with each event’s aesthetic and brand guidelines.

Designer will collaborate closely with planners, décor and production teams, and vendors to translate creative concepts into high-quality visual outputs, prepare files for print and digital use, and manage feedback and revisions within project timelines.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling concepts and layouts.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive visual identities for luxury and destination weddings.
- Proficiency in Typography and composition, with attention to detail in hierarchy, readability, and style.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work, preferably in events, luxury brands, or hospitality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt designs based on stakeholder feedback.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional creative and operations teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
