Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer & Video Editor role based in Noida. The person in this role will design graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and brand assets. They will create and edit videos for campaigns, product showcases, social media, and training content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and content teams, conceptualizing visual ideas, selecting typography and color palettes, and optimizing designs for various platforms.



The role also involves managing multiple projects, maintaining organized asset libraries, and consistently delivering high-quality visual content within deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging outputs.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for clear visual communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work across digital platforms and formats.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Media, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
