Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join our creative team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, branding, print materials, and company merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Develop designs aligned with the company's brand identity and guidelines.
- Design marketing creatives, event materials, promotional content, and merchandise.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other teams for creative requirements.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Edit images and other visual assets as needed.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends

Key Requirements





- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, digital campaigns, and print designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of Figma/Canva will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual communication.
- Experience in merchandise design and printing will be preferred.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in education, marketing, media, FMCG, startup, or service industries.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX, motion graphics, or video editing.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.
