About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist who can independently handle graphic designing, social media management, video editing, and support the company’s marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media posts, reels, stories, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage company social media pages including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, project videos, and event videos.
- Stay updated with social media trends and develop engaging content ideas.
- Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns for the company and its real estate projects.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team for creative and campaign requirements.




- Monitor basic social media performance, engagement, and reach.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar designing tools.
- Valuable knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.
- Hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, hashtags, and online advertising.
- Good creativity, visual sense, communication, and time-management skills.

Preferred: Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Builders / Architecture/Interior industry will be an added advantage. Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field.
