Company Description Nomisma Technology is an AI venture studio focused on building companies that use artificial intelligence to deliver meaningful, real-world impact. Rather than retrofitting legacy organizations, Nomisma creates ventures that are designed for AI from the ground up, resolving market position, product architecture, compliance, security, and capital strategy before development begins. The studio is actively developing a portfolio of AI companies, each aimed at solving substantial unsolved problems across global markets.

Through its AI Startech program, a United States–based incubation for AI founders, Nomisma originates and supports these ventures in partnership with the founders who lead them. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Chandigarh.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for Nomisma and its portfolio companies, including logos, brand identities, marketing collateral, social media creatives, and product interface graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, refining typography, preparing design files for digital and print use, and collaborating with product, marketing, and founder teams to ensure consistent brand representation.



The role also involves iterating on design based on feedback, maintaining design libraries and guidelines, and contributing creative ideas that support product launches, campaigns, and investor communications.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, engaging visual communication.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and evolving visual identity systems across multiple touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply type thoughtfully for readability, hierarchy, and brand expression.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar), and familiarity with designing for both digital and print.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design, attention to detail, and work on tech or startup-related projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Chandigarh, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles, motion graphics, or AI/tech-focused design work is a plus.
