Role Description The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing visual concepts and creating designs for logos, brand identity systems, packaging, marketing collateral, and digital assets. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, translating brand strategies into compelling visuals, and preparing files for print and digital production. The role involves working with typography, color, and layout to produce consistent, on-brand materials,



as well as refining design drafts based on feedback.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad, requiring close collaboration with the studio team and participation in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create visually cohesive and impactful layouts.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identity systems and visual guidelines.
- Solid understanding of Typography, composition, and color theory for both print and digital media.
- Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, brand-focused design, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret briefs, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
